John,
It's been too long brother. Sorry we lost touch.
Hope all is well with you. We're still Navy and now living in Seattle. Two kids too! Would love for you to meet them some day.

Been listening to Infinity Unleashed on YouTube! Impressive!

John

Admin reply: Hey John good to hear from you. Things are well with me.
Next time you're in town let's get together.
John

John,
I graduated from Wadsworth Sr High in 1970. Myself & 3 of my buddies (the band of four) followed you guys everywhere you played. Holy * * *...How many times did I drive to Kent & High school "dances" around the area to see you guys play. My friend (a drummer) always commented on your foot. Rolling it on the pedal. Phil Keaggy, all three of you were amazing!! I wish I could go back & relive those days

Heart felt thanks to the "Harp" for helping shape my life...

Larry Gould

Admin reply: Thanks Larry,
I'm grateful to a part of your musical memories.
There were many skilled musicians in our area, and venues that supported them.

I' have a question for you. I have always wondered who played the strings on the first Glass Harp album. The liner notes don't mention it. Thanks for any info.

Admin reply: I don't know Gary. The strings were done after we did the tracks by the producer. We weren't there. I know the string arranger was listed in the credits. At one time I knew the name of the Viola player ,but I can't remember the name right now..

Hello,

I am writing in hopes that the right person will read this message. Glass Harp will be performing this Friday October 4 in Kent Ohio.

My father will be in attendance at this show. His name is Bill Marinelli and has been a loyal Glass Harp / Phil Keaggy fan his entire life. He is a preacher and a guitarist that started his music ministry based on your inspiration. He is also a great father. God truly blessed me by giving me a father like him. He has pushed me to be the person I am today and loved me through all it all.

I am asking for a small hello, maybe dedicate ("Look to the Sky";) to him Friday at the show. This small gesture will make his dreams! I can never repay him for what he has done for me, but this small gesture would be a great way to tell him thank you.

Thank you for your consideration!
Britni Marinelli
:D

Admin reply: I'm on it Britni.

I had never heard of you and your music til i moved here to franklin PA. My husband's friend wanted to take us to a concert here in Franklin. I went and it was the best concert i have been too. :) That was in 2010, the three of us decided to come to these concerts every year. We had planned to go in 2011 and our dear friend had pasted away. My husband and I said we were going to go every year in remembrance of our dear friend Mark Gill.
Just recently I have renewed my faith in the Lord and this was with the help of your music John. Also the music of Glass Harp and Phil Keaggy. For this I thank You and May God bless you and your family. :)

Admin reply: Thanks Tammy. You uplifted my day!

John, I grew up in Y-town and graduated high school in 1972. My best friend and I followed the Glass Harp from its inception, probably sitting on the floor in a local hall or at some outdoor event/park where you guys first played...as early as (I think) 1971 or so? We followed your music for years, and I've still got the original LP "Synergy"...it suffered a bit through the years and my travels. But I'll always cherish it. All the best to all of you as you continue to make beautiful music.

Glass Harp has regular play on my radio show and always will as long as I live. You guys were vastly underrated
in the larger context (triad) and did Micky Finn knock you off the stage as he boldly pronounces in the UK?

I won't say thank you for the music because I hate Abba but I will say thank you for making real music that is timeless

Shalom from the tip of Africa

Admin reply: Thanks Shiloh,
Great reading your post! Thanks for the boost. John
